The school is a rural private one situated in Gopalganj. It has a computer lab with 18 desktops and 4 laptops. Because of the computer lab, KAB team has planned to implement KAB in offline using Peer Model (One computer 2/3 students) in grade VI in this school.
The school has 110 students in grade VI and only one mathematics teacher. Conducting KAB implementation in Peer Model for all those 110 students is tough for only one teacher. So, KAB team has decided to include grade IX students as teaching assistants.
A group of students from grade IX has been selected and trained to conduct KAB implementation in this school. Grade VI students are divided into small groups and each group in under supervision of two selected grade IX students. These teaching assistants will conduct the KAB classroom activities and the mathematics teacher will control and monitor all the group activities. KAB in this school is being implemented as an after school program.
